Easy to connect and install

Wirelessly linking these smoke alarms is easy. The Alecto SA61 can be expanded to up to 40 SA61 smoke alarms. The range is 80 meters / 262 feet, so you can determine exactly where to place the alarms for optimal coverage.

Simply mount these smoke alarms onto the ceiling, using the included mounting material. A separate base plate for easy and quick assembly, screws and plugs are included. If you don’t want to drill any holes, then simply use the optional magnetic mounting sets instead (type number MK-2).

10-year lifespan

The Alecto SA61 smoke alarm has a lithium battery that lasts no less than 10 years. It’s energy-efficient and reliable. The high-quality optical sensor also has a lifespan of 10 years. This ensures that you will instantly be alerted if there is smoke or fire in your home for the next decade. It meets the strictest requirements

The Alecto SA61 wireless connectable smoke alarm has been extensively evaluated and meets the strict requirements of EN14604:2005/AC:2008. This is the international test standard for smoke alarms. Smoke alarm obligation from 1 July 2022

From 1 July 2022, it is mandatory in the Netherlands for you to have a smoke alarm on every of your house and in confined spaces through which an escape route runs. The Building Decree has been amended, which means it has become a legal obligation to comply. It applies to owner-occupied and rental properties as well as existing properties and new builds.
